Round 7 - GHSFL TOURNAMENT

Welcome to the South Forsyth High School GHSFL Tournament - Round 7.

When: January 16, 2016

Where: South Forsyth High School Cafeteria - 585 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming GA 30041

The following schools will be participating in this tournament: B.E.S.T, Cambridge, Fellowship, Johns Creek, Lambert, North Springs, Pinecrest and Pope.

Check in times:

Doors open at 7:30 am

Referee meeting at 8:00 am

Mens’ check in CLOSES at 8:15 am

Women’s check in CLOSES at 9:30 am

Please enter the building through the main West Hall entrance. Our campus is under construction, but there should be plenty of parking in the front lot next to Peachtree Parkway/Hwy 141. Check in and mask/glove check will be inside the West Hall lobby entrance. Greeters will direct you to the bag check room. The tournament will be held in the Aux gym and the West Hall cafeteria. The aux gym will be the main location and source of information, so have fencers listen in there for announcements, strip assignments, etc. before heading to the strips in the cafeteria.

Concessions Stand:

We will have concessions for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast will be bagels, cream cheese, doughnuts, fresh fruit. We’ll have pizza and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, plus baked goods, candy and chips. There will also be complementary refreshments for referees, scorekeepers and coaches. We ask that all food is kept outside the gym. There will be tables outside the gym and in the cafeteria to eat. Please tell your directors that we’ll give them a badge to wear to get food at the hospitality table, which will be located at the end of the hallway to the right of the West Hall atrium.​ If you don't plan to buy anything from the concession stand please bring plenty of water and food!
